Orders are processed twice monthly, ORDER EARLY, the first is ABOUT the 10th and mailed ABOUT the 13th. The second cycle is processed ABOUT the 24th and mailed the next day. Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal to purchase through our secure shopping cart.

The online orders are mailed to your home or, if you prefer to receive your order at work, enter your name, the business/agency name, complete work address (include your mail code or suite number), and zip code.

Fare media is NOT downloadable and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The first order deadline for an August monthly pass is 8am July 7 mailing by July 13. The final order deadline is 8am July 21, mailing July 22.

  • Expired 2015 fare media: Expired 2015 tickets are not valid in 2016. Exchanges for expired 2015 tickets are available only between Jan 1 2016 - March 31 2016.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the deprecation of OpenID 2.0, customers will be temporarily unable to sign in with their Google accounts.
