Exchange unused 10-Ride tickets or Access-a-Ride tickets up to Jan 31 2020 as credit toward the purchase of 2020 fare products. Ticket-for-ticket exchange is not available. Exchanges can be made in person at RTD-operated sales outlets or by mail. For more details visit rtd-denver.com
10Ride ticket books save you money by offering a discount for buying 10 rides at a time. Ticket books contain (10) coupons fed into the fare box at boarding. They are sold by the type of service - Local/Limited, Regional, and Youth.
Attention: Orders are mailed twice monthly, near the 5th and the 20th. Please click on the Pass Sales Calendar to see the exact deadlines. Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal to purchase through our secure shopping cart. Purchases are non-refundable and are mailed to you at no additional cost.
The first deadline is 8am Dec 4 mailing Dec 5; final deadline is 8am Dec 18 mailing Dec 19.
*Discount Fares - only for seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, and Medicare recipients (not Medicaid). Proof of eligibility must be shown at boarding. Please call 303.299.2667 to obtain a Special Discount Card for disabled individuals.
**Youth passes are only for youth ages 6-19. Youths ages 14-19 must show proof of eligibility, such as a current school ID, gov't issued ID showing passenger's age or RTD-issued Youth Special Discount Card, at each boarding.
